Application: $75 per applicant, non-refundable

Lease term monthly parking: $300.00/month ($50 additional for EV Vehicles)

Month-to-month parking: $350.00/month.

Unit transfer fee: Half of months rent. Must be in current unit minimum of 6 months.

As outlined in your lease agreement, you agree to pay $12.00 per month for a waiver of our right to pursue any claim against you for damage that you cause to our property up to $100,000 per year. You will not be required to provide proof of insurance coverage.

Prior to your move in, we recommend you obtain renters insurance for your personal property and specific needs, but it is not required.

We work closely with Resident Shield. You may purchase your renter’s insurance policy by going to www.ResidentShield.com. You are

more than welcome to use any insurance provider of your choice.
